We are seeking a full-time customer relations representative. The candidate's main responsibility is to find potential leads that fall under certain criteria, provide information on our education-based software, and followup appropriately. Most activities are performed online.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential candidates by phone or email, at a daily basis
  • Prospecting and securing new business
  • Give live demos to potential customers and attend meetings
  • Ensuring that good customer relations is achieved and maintained
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints effectively, as and when required in a professional manner
  • Maintaining call cycles ensuring that after sales service levels are achieved and maintained
  • Customer and after sales service

Requirements

  • Excellent in spoken and written English & Arabic
  • Excellent IT knowledge and background
  • Focus on achieving results
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure
